The Ofra Signature Palette Wet & Dry Foundation contains 5 foundation powders that can be applied dry or wet. Applied with a dry or moistened sponge it results in a covering foundation for the entire face. Applied with a brush, the products become setting powders. The different tones make the palette suitable for different skin tones, they can also be used for eyeshadow, contour or for baking.
